- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick consultation (via ****, ***, or ********) to understand your preferences, dietary needs, allergies, lifestyle, and goals. From there, I can either suggest meals tailored to your needs or share my menu so you can select the meals you'd like for your service. Once you approve the menu and book a date, I handle everything—from grocery shopping to cooking in your kitchen, packaging, labeling, and leaving your space clean and organized. My goal is to make the entire process seamless and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Personal Chef and a Brazilian Registered Dietitian with over 13 years of experience in healthy cooking. I also hold a Master’s degree in Sports and Movement Medicine, which allows me to connect nutrition with performance and overall wellness. My background includes clinical nutrition, food safety, and large-scale kitchen operations.
