Wow! From a very professional and thorough intake to a legit workout, I really feel like I got a program that's customized to my needs not just a cookie cutter. Great attention to form to make sure I was getting the most of the training and staying injury free. This is a win! Definitely recommend.

I truly enjoyed training with Chantal. Being a newbie, not only is she approachable with a great attitude, but a true fitness professional and motivation queen! I liked how I wanted to give up on a few occasions and she motivated me to keep going! Totally needed that! I wouldn’t have been able to get through the workout without her encouragement. I didn’t like that I was sore everywhere the following day, but, I suppose that’s the point. Luckily, she suggested tips on muscle recovery. She also held me accountable to send scale pics, sweaty selfies, and pictures of food, which helped with my fitness program tremendously.

So I didn't exactly like the whole working out idea. I knew it was something that would be good for me, but I smoke and thought I pushed my body much too hard in my earlier years. She took it slow, which I appreciated. She helped me come up with manageable weekly goals whether that was to eat better, try to look at a shitty situation more positively, drink more water, or just take a longer walk than normal. She suggested a yoga session which I also wasn't crazy about but am open-minded to give it a shot. She gave me the motivation to keep going and I surprisingly came out of it feeling much better mentally and relaxed. Before she moved I would have considered a few more sessions, but all that aside, she is a good person/friend who I know I can still go to this day with any health related questions. So for even a few of you that aren't pyshced about working out, she does a good job of meeting you where you are and taking it at your pace.

Chantal does a great job of putting her clients and their goals ahead of the game. She sets the standard high so you are pushed to be the best version of yourself. I have worked with her in group fitness classes and one on one. She keeps it fun and light and is very thorough with her assessments. Highly recommended! You would be silly to not give her services a shot.
