- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a series of services that go hand-in-hand, so there are many different package pricing options, depending on what your goals are. I always suggest after an initial assessment what I believe willl be the best fit for you. Here are some of the more popular rates people ask: Fitness/Goals Assessment: $35-40 depending on travel or remote. Offering first 10 Thumbtack referred completely FREE assessment. Single Session PT: $75 flat rate per workout, 20% discount for THUMBTACK referred first 3 sessions. Health Coaching Services: $49/session. Looking to get mind, body, spirituality, career, joy, creativity, etc. in line? I help bring balance to all areas and see what needs adjusting and what we can zone in and work on. The can be done remotely or in person. An inexpensive alternative to a counselor, if you will. 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ON ALL BOOKED WORKOUTS - NO EXCEPTIONS. Accountability Coaching: $49/week - includes workouts, nutritional counseling and meal plans, checking in daily with phoncall, a scale pic, sweaty selfie, pictures of food eaten of the day, water intake. Once a week "Progress Face-to-Face" whether FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, or in person. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
General Day 1: Fitness assessment - Series of balancing excercises, BMI calculation, a few squats at different angles to assess your posture. This shows muscles imbalances - what we need to strengthen and where your strong points already are. Cardio Heart Rate and/or Assessment - A few different cardio assessments - nothing to be afraid of! This will help me to program your cardio workouts appropriately in the future. Goals; We spend time getting clear on goals (I gain an understanding of what's important to you and design a roadmap and suggestion chart for you), I also give a complimentary quick 10 minute workout. The whole process takes about an hour. After the session I will give you a nutrition plan if you're interested! We can also discuss a plan moving forward - I offer remote services as well as tailor all workouts to the individuals likes and needs.
