- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I love giving some type of discount. Just ask if I have any deals going on! We all need a lil help these days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like being able to either meet beforehand or chat on the phone a little bit. I want to try and get to know you! It is strange having a stranger in your house I know but it’s also strange to BE IN a strangers home! So I want us comfortable with each other before the clean!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a server for 17 years so, I have a lot of customer service training which in my opinion is very important for this job!
