I contacted Elvis and he set up an appointment with me immediately and showed up at the time we spoke about and that was an important thing to me. He came to my home and we discussed my project and what I wanted to have done . I want to do the Trex decking. He brought samples and my wife and I discussed what we wanted. After many meetings and changes we agree on a price and a start date. I was very satisfied with the proposal and agreed to go forward with the project. He told me when he would start, and he started exactly as we agreed. He and his workers came every day at 8:30 AM. They were very respectful of me and my home. They worked all day and I’ve never seen him take a break. At the end of each day I was shown the progress and discussed if I wanted any changes . Im very impressed with the workmanship of the deck. No shortcuts or inferior product ever used. My wife and I are very very pleased with Elvis, his team and his work. He is also very helpful. He helped me install a new kitchen faucet. I’ve contracted him again for some landscaping work. If you were looking for a good honest, hard-working team, look no further because you found him Siento construction is the first team. Christian came out on 5-3-21 and gave me a verbal quote but even after requesting a written quote for installing mulch and some dirt he never contacted me again. I made one phone call and sent three messages trying to get a reply. All he verbally told me and I quote "Oh, you didn't get it, I will check to see what happened." To this date 5-18-21 over two weeks later he has never called. I am use to working with people that follow up and Christian does not meet my standards. To bad there is not a -1 because that is a rating he deserves. Christian needs learn how to handle business, improve his communication skills and call customers back or maybe he should modify the tasks he says he will preform. Now I know he doesn't want to give written quotes and seems he doesn't want to work hard enough to be saying he will install mulch. Very poor customer service! People are fools if they don't request a written quote and deserve someone like Christian.
