Introduction: Hi there!
I have been a chef since the mid-90's and, over the years, my interests have grown and morphed around food & our planet. The result of that is I am now a fully plant-based chef and ADORE creating nutritiously dense and delicious food for clients throughout the Asheville, NC area. Heavily influenced by my time in Bali, Vietnam & Europe and by the practice of ahimsa, in yoga, I believe consuming colorful, organic &, mostly, local veggies, fruits, seeds & nuts can be insanely satisfying, healing and life-giving. From stocking your fridge for your work week to creating a one-of-a-kind menu for yoga retreats or small events, I would LOVE to connect with you, hear your wishes and provide the nourishment you are searching for in a personal chef service.
