Anastasia came out to my house for my workouts! We also did some health coaching and made me more aware of the foods I was eating. She was flexible with scheduling since I have a baby and needed that flexibility. Great coach, very knowledgeable about health and fitness!!! She kept me motivated!!
Anisha is gentle and kind. She is an excellent listener and works with you to decide what is best for you. She is helpful without being judgmental. I go to Anisha for overall well-being and balance and my experience has never been less than wonderful.
I practiced yoga with Regina as part of a small group (2-4 people). She was always attentive to the individual needs of the class and assisted us with modifying poses as needed based on physical limitations and flexibility. She strongly emphasizes using props such as bolsters, blocks and straps to help support or modify a pose. Regina is a fun, uplifting person and I always came away from yoga class with a better state of mind.
Amazing yoga sessions with great cues and assists. Very supportive. Looking forward to our next session.
Charmaine is very knowledgeable with helping me obtain my goals in my practice. When I needed a lighter practice she adjusted to my physical need for the day. Easy to work with and personable.
Nina volunteered to give us free yoga classes as part of her teacher training. The yoga postures were very relaxing and Nina did great job of helping us through the postures. I was impressed by how much knowledge and experience she had, which made the class easy on us students.
She is so full of passion it is so motivating! Her vast knowledge for effective, long-lasting fitness is a priceless resource. There is laughing and inspiration to dig deep to a place I would never find on my own.
I come to bodywork with a yoga background and to yoga with a bodywork background. In both my goal is to maintain a state of rest and relax (even when working hard) where the body processes the most healing and growth. My ultimate goal is to meet my clients where they are and help them get where they would like to be through education, mind body awareness, BREATH, and compassion. I want to listen and help the best I can.
