We needed a door replaced on our basement due to rotting wood from the outside. Dave gave us several options in doors that I didn't realize we had. Dave not only put in a door with blinds built in that we love but replaced the rotting wood and did some trim work in the entrance way. He completed the work in a two day time frame and in a very professional manner. We were very pleased with the outcome and will definitely hire him for future jobs.

Dave did an excellent job and was professional on all levels. He went above and beyond in helping us remodel after damage was done to our home We have used him for other projects since, as well as recommended him to others. It was important to go with someone who has been in the business for many years and he proved his knowledge by doing the job right and problem solving an issue that came up regarding flooring.

I would highly recommend 3D remodeling. Dave has done numerous projects for us, large and small, We've had small repairs such as doorbell replaced to large, such as doors, windows and floor replacements. Everything has been done to the highest degree of professionalism and craftsmanship.

Started on a framing crew back in 1986, quickly progressed learning all phases of remodeling in Ct. I took classes in NC to learn all the codes and stay up with updates and code revisions.
