Kiondra is an incredible trainer. I'd recommend her to anyone as he has a very wide client base and is extremely creative with her workouts. Every workout was something new, which is really hard to find when you're working out on your own. She pushed me really hard, but without me really realizing it! I was with her for almost an entire year before I had to move for a new job, and I miss her desperately. The app she uses is really useful too because it sends you regular reminders to work out and tracks your progress in a very visible way. I was able to see that I was lifting much heavier from when I started and I could track my measurements as well, which was really cool.

I came to Body by Design very underweight and discouraged but then I met my trainer Mario. I cant begin to tell you how much of an impact training with Mario has made on me. To date, I have gained 15 lbs since I started training and its only been two months! I hope to gain a few more on my own but am very close to my goal already! Mario was very professional and it is clear he has a passion for what he does. He made me feel comfortable and confident, which was exactly what I needed to push through to gain the weight I needed to. Coming from years of battles with disordered eating, I can truly say I have never felt better. He may never understand how much of an impact he has had on me but I, and my family are so grateful! Like all of the trainers there, he truly cares for the clients. Thank you Body by Design for every thing, and I am excited to jump into the next chapter of my life feeling better than I ever have before!
Tia is an exceptionlly gifted and professtional trainer. I've been training withat Tia for approximately 4 years. Tia not only works her students hard, she supports them even harder. This isn't just a job for Tia, it's truly her passion. I highly recommend Tia for personal training because she is not only knowledgeable, she's caring, but pack a punch. I've had to stop training at one point, but Tia never stopped calling or texting to check on me, but also encouraged and suggested work outs that I could do until I could return to the boot camp class. This alone meant a lot to me because, most trainers wouldn't give you a second thought if you stopped attending their class.

During my 30 Day Jump Start to Health I learned nutrition, anti stress techniques, and overall information to improve my health. The difference in this program is that it addressed the entire body and mind, not just one or the other. The valuable information Maureen gave me about how food and stress affect my body was priceless! I quickly learned how to take better care of myself through nutrition and anti stress techniques. During the 30 days I was going through some turmoil with some "toxic" relationships in my life. I had what Maureen refers to as an "aha!" moment and used the techniques for relaxation and anti stress. I can honestly say using what I learned help me cope with the toxic situation better than I ever had before!!! What I learned helped so much with my outlook and coping. It was also helpful to know Maureen was always available to answer any questions I had as going through the program. I had no idea how much food affects how you feel, not just physically, but mentally!! I learned how to make better food choices and the toxic affects some particular foods had on my body and mind personally. I also learned very easy and quick exercises to do to help mentally make me feel better! Overall the program was extremely helpful!!!

I have recently had to complete 30 pounds of fat weight loss. Angelo helped me to burn the fat and after my metabolism was sufficient enough he helped me put on muscle. Now I weigh approx 195 with 12% body fat and when's started I was around 25% body fat. He also requested that his colleague nutritionist assist helping me with weight loss. I believe that when you have a nutritionist and and exercise professional to assist you (with your own determination) you must succeed! Highly commendable and results were absolutely long term and very affective. He not only teaches you how to win in health but in life in general. You miss out if Angelo isn't helping you.

For the most part, I'm all for efforts that encourage the consumption of "good for you" food - food that's raised sustainably, organically, and locally wherever possible. Hadassah should be applauded on their commendable menu. Not only does it utilize "good for you" food, it incorporates them across a whole spectrum of dishes, including salads, soups, sandwiches, burgers, pastas, and more. There's something for every taste available, and specific dietary allergies or restrictions are accommodated as well. Hadassah went over and beyond in providing delicious options for my clientele. She was prepared in a timely manner and the work was impeccable. Being a healthcare practitioner and dealing with the baby boomer generation, I would need a tasty yet low sodium and sugar meal plan. Hadassah came through right on time.
Dorothy has been an invaluable resource in helping me formulate a diet which addresses a number of serious health concerns. At the same time, she has been extremely compassionate, appreciative, and understanding of the impact they have on my life. I have found her to be knowledgeable, warm, caring and always willing to go the extra mile.
