I was hesitant about investing in a wedding planner at first - I wanted to "do it all," but soon realized that I needed support on the day of the wedding. Natasha was the ONE to go with for that support! She was "present" in every encounter- and really worked with me on my wishes - even when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted! I am so thankful that she and Catherine were with us on our wedding day - we really could not have pulled everything together without them! My mother and best friend mentioned several times how good Natasha was at knowing what was needed, when, how to manager all the friends there to help, and how to manage me when I became overwhelmed! Thanks so much, Natasha! You made every thing better than I imagined!

I can honestly say that hiring Natasha as my wedding planner was the best money that I spent on our wedding. She was easy to work with, punctual in answering questions, quick to deal with issues/problems, and very knowledgeable in dealing with vendors in the wedding industry. She worked closely with my husband and I to assist us in staying within our budget while making our day an unforgettable and beautiful one. Her wedding day coordination made everything run smoothly and effortlessly. All of our vendors absolutely adored her and told me how much they enjoyed working with her. Knowing that Natasha was there allowed me to truly sit back, relax, and enjoy my wedding. I would whole-hardheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to plan an event. She is a wonderful person and an even better planner! If I ever have to plan a large scale event again, I will definitely enlist her services!

I cant recommend Natasha enough. She worked with us to coordinate our wedding day in May 2015 in Durham. Natasha is professional, calm, organized, responsive, flexible and compassionate. Not to mention her services are a great value. She met with us twice leading up to the wedding, directed our rehearsal, and worked on the wedding most of the day.
I particularly appreciated her asking how I was feeling about the process, listening deeply, and offering a bit of reassurance.
She made the process much easier. She and her assistant handled all of the reception decoration at the Durham Armory and ceremony set up at West Point on the Eno (separate venues across town), putting up signs and balloons, vendor communication, and also taking down the reception decorations, and who knows what else behind the scenes. Its hard to imagine pulling it off without her.

Natasha and her assistant, Adrienne, were amazing! Natasha was our weekend-of wedding coordinator and she really went above and beyond! She worked tirelessly to make our wedding weekend go smoothly: directing our rehearsal, doing extra cleaning for us when the venue wasn't found in great shape, effortlessly keeping us on our timeline, beautifully executing my plan for decor (even when my plans were vague), and directing all aspects of the venue setup and breakdown. Natasha was also great about checking on me and even brought me my food when I needed a pick-me-up before the ceremony. Natasha was incredibly professional, efficient, and hardworking. We are so happy that she was there for our wedding, and we could not have pulled it off without her! Thanks Natasha!

If you're looking for a day-of coordinator for your wedding, LOOK NO FURTHER! Natasha coordinated my wedding day, and did a phenomenal job. There's no way I could have pulled off my wedding without her. When you start planning a wedding, you put a lot of thought into the big decisions first, and you might never stop to think about all the TINY little details that will need to happen on the wedding day itself. There is so much to orchestrate - who is going to greet the vendors as they arrive and direct their set-up? Who is going to answer the florist's questions? Who is going to light the candles on all the tables before the reception begins? Who is going to make sure all the vendors get their remaining payments that are due on the wedding day? Who is going to organize the whole bridal party and tell them when to walk down the aisle? Who is going to clean up everything at 11:00pm after you and the new spouse have peaced out? Natasha did ALL of those little things that you as the bride would never be able to attend to while you're trying to get ready for the wedding, and ENJOY the day! It is money VERY well spent. Natasha did so much for us, and everything went incredibly smoothly. Everyone was telling me to be prepared to roll with the punches on your wedding day, because something will inevitably go wrong. But NOTHING went wrong on my wedding day, it was smooth sailing thanks to Natasha taking care of everything for us.
