Nick is one of the most awesome people I know. He is the first trainer I have chosen to work with. Since day 1 (almost 2 years ago) I felt comfortable working with him and always knew he had my best interests in mind. I trusted his expertise and knowledge very quickly and knew we would reach the goals we set. He is kind, caring, easy to talk to, and welcomes you at YOUR starting point. Despite setbacks I have had, Nick was always ready to work around them and if not, he found a way to have me progress. Nick is knowledgable in body mechanics and anatomy so if one thing doesn't work for you - he will find something that will! He is a professional who enjoys his craft and is constantly seeking to get better. I have worked with him on powerlifting, overall fitness, and nutrition. No matter your goal, he will find a way that works best for you. He never puts you in harms way and make you feel great about each session. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend him - you will not be disappointed! Get ready to reach your goals!

I worked out with Nick for over a year twice a week. We started with an overall assessment of my abilities and what my goals were. Nick completely personalized a program for me and each week we added more weight and exercises as I became more agile and stronger. I can truly say that I am in such a better place today . Nick also totally understood my workout style. I have started many workout regimens but have not followed through. The gym was never my happy place but nick made me look forward to our sessions. Monday and Wednesday mornings with nick became my routine and I truly looked forward to it I truly recommend nick as a coach

I trained with Nick for 1 year and initially I’d only intended to have PT for 1 month. This is simply a reflection of the quality of his training. Throughout this training I significantly surpassed any of my initial fitness goals / expectations. I can’t recommend him highly enough. His knowledge, in combination with a friendly & relaxed manner, makes him an excellent personal trainer.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Nick and my experience with him as a coach.
