FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's hard to list a firm price for my services as the cost depends on the client and their needs. Here are some past clients: Lynda: Personal Website and Headshots $160. Altuğ: E-commerce site with 200+ product photos $430. Bill: 40 family reunion shirts $11 each. Elizabeth: welcome video on website $240--filmed edited and uploaded within 48 hours! May: 80 recipe books, binding, cover art, and formatting $9 per book. Just shoot me an email and we will find a solution within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with an initial interview to assess the clients needs and promptly provide a written solution with approximate costs. From then it's up to the client to hire or keep looking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some Intercultural and Business Communication credentials and a few certification programs under my belt, but I didn't go to school to become a consultant. I majored in linguistics! I started as a language teacher, but the need for my marketing skills became apparent and I have learned most of my skills by "figuring it out" along side my clients while growing their business. I specialize in marketing materials and data management, but my clients always surprise me with unique challenges. So far we have solved everything we have set out to achieve!
