Viacheslav G. says, "Wanted to give 10 stars, but this site only allows 5 :) I was searching for a teacher for my wife, and upon having an initial lesson with Chiara it was obvious that she is the perfect choice. Chiara approaches her lessons very professionally, as an example - she uses a special document camera to show the exercises in the books (which I haven't seen anybody else using). She also had a conversation with us before we began our courses on whether she would be the best choice for us - since we are living in Ireland, and they have a different culture and pronunciation compared to the US. That shows that Chiara really cares about her students. As for the lessons - Chiara prepares for each lesson individually which includes some homework for the student. That homework is also tailored to each student's needs, and in our case Chiara tried to find interesting topics for my wife to explore. One recent example could be the food recipes - my wife was supposed to cook a dish and write down a recipe for it as the people usually do online. My wife really liked this, it was very interesting for her and motivated her to learn a new vocabulary. Some of the homework involves audio recordings - Chiara records a question or a dialogue on her own - then my wife listens to it and answers some questions by recording audio also. And Chiara gives feedback about it - recording her answer as well. This happens outside of the time booked for a lesson. Overall Chiara really cares about her students and pays a lot of attention and puts a lot of effort into helping them to learn English language - and the US culture as well. She is super-friendly and goes far and beyond of what we could expect from an English tutor. You would definitely not regret studying with her, provided you will be lucky enough to get an available spot in her schedule :)"See more

To my mind, this is the most effective accent reduction program! because it is well structured and meant to train professionally! It has all phonetic exercises and practice supported by audios and videos. All course is organized in the learning management system , so it is conformable to practice! Alex is an amazing accent teacher I have ever met! He is super skillful, intelligent, and he knows how to teach accent reduction for real! He has talent and huge patience. I am very thankful for that! This program covers all the American sounds I needed to know to start speaking with the American accent! Alex developed the 2D Sound Motion Technology, which is a very effective tool for teaching American sounds. He uses this technology in class to explain how to position my tongue correctly! I can understand what to do to pronounce sounds right! It is a brilliant idea to use technology for teaching accent reduction! I have never seen anything like it! His price was a it over my budget, but I understood this - the way I speak now is worth more than $130 because I finally speak English fluently and people can’t tell that I came from India!
