He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived right on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. This was supposed to be a consult to figure out what was going on but he came prepared with all of the spare parts and was able to fix several issues in just one hour. He was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. He did more than he even needed to and didn’t charge me extra. I would highly recommend him. I’ve worked with several pros on Thumbtack and he has by far been the best!

Very prompt response to my repair request. Came prepared with the replacement part instead of making one diagnostic trip and a second trip to replace part. Technician let me know his exact ETA the morning of appointment and called me when he arrived. Very knowledgeable and did a great job.

I recently used AGA Appliance Service to fix my dryer, and overall I’m really satisfied. Scheduling was easy, and they were able to send someone out within a couple of days. The technician showed up on time, was friendly, and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He explained the issue clearly and had the part needed, so it was fixed right then and there.
