Vasili was on time and he diagnosed the problem with my fridge and told us to buy a new one rather than waste time and money on repairing existing one.

The repair man was awesome! He walked me Thru everything that was wrong and even showed me maintenance I could do to help me prevent problems in the future. His price was fair and he repaired everything in about a hour or less. Highly Recommend HeyKey Appliance.

HeyKey was exceptional! Vasili arrived and went straight to work to resolve my issue. He made sure I was aware of what was happening in each step. During the middle of the service, through his thoroughness, he found a gas leak that could have potentially caused great harm to my family and I. Vasili made sure the gas was shut off and went to the outside of my home and shut off the main gas line as well as a precaution. He then stayed while I contacted my gas company to ensure they understood my concerns. The next day, I followed up with him to let him know things were being resolved and to thank him. Vasili was still offering to assist. If you want a company to resolve your issue and alert you to other potential concerns, HeyKey is it! Their thoroughness and meticulousness helped uncover and fix a potential deadly problem that we didn’t know existed. I would recommend Vasili a thousand times over. Thank you HeyKey! Thank you Vasili!
