From day one Vitalii and his crew showed up on time, kept the work area clean, and actually communicated with us every step of the way which is rare. The quality of the work is just on another level - the cabinets, the tile, everything lines up perfectly and looks exactly like we imagined. Jeff responded promptly for my request for a quote and his crew worked hard all day to replace the insulation in my crawlspace and replace the vapor barrier. They also installed screens over my attic vents to help keep the squirrels out and blew in insulation throughout the attic. They finished by putting a new tent at the top of my attic stairs. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

I do not know how this company has a high rating. They gave a quote to install 1100 sf of insulation and bring it up to R38. The insulation should be a minimum 11” thick. It is not. Also they did not put insulation on parts of the attic. They did not build an enclosure around the fan…they stuck a cardboard box over it. They did not encapsulate the attic access door or insulate it. They did not fix the vent screen opening to keep out the pest. Furthermore they put a hole in the attic ceiling and made a very amateur and unacceptable repair. This is a jack leg contractor and I’m glad to be rid of them.

I had someone else install extra insulation (pink) and build enclosures around the fan and access and fix the drywall.

This is not the company you want working on your house!

Wills Insulation was very responsive when inquired about service for our attic. Attic was holding heat due to hight temps and humidity. Will was very responsive and made an appointment the next day and suggested radiant barrier would help reduce the heat in the attic. Product was ordered and Will installed at very reasonable cost.
