My pricing depends on the scope of your project, the preparation needed, and your tile selection and layout. Large-format tiles, intricate mosaics, and custom details require additional time and precision.
I provide a clear written estimate outlining what’s included and stand by that price for the agreed scope. If we discover work that wasn’t visible in the photos or covered in our discussion, or you request changes, I explain the options and get your approval on any additional cost before proceeding.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a few photos of your space and a conversation about what you have in mind. Based on those details, I provide an estimate and help you work through tile choices, layout, and preparation.
Before work begins, we confirm the project details, who will provide the materials, and the schedule so you know what to expect.
Throughout the project, you work directly with me. I keep you updated, answer your questions, and finish with a walkthrough to review the completed work together.
