Introduction: Fitness boot camp: Boot camp training is designed to deliver the most efficient total body workout in the shortest amount of time. Classes are approximately 1 hour and move at a fast pace, optimizing energy expenditure. Your total body boot camp workout will cover all areas of fitness, while combining serious strength training and cardio, all in one! Fitness boot camp is a results-driven, conditioning class, conducted in an indoor/outdoor environment, utilizing a group-training format, coupled with the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises in fitness. The class combines conventional and non-conventional exercises. Boot camps are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to more advanced, as our supervised workouts are self-paced. Fitness boot camp workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular training, endurance training, strength training, abs/core training, and balance training. Our rate is $15.00 per session. Train like a boxer: Boxing is valued as one of the best full body workouts around for both men and women. Guests can expect to learn the fundamentals of boxing, while refining and perfecting punch combinations. Each 1-hour lesson includes: * Introduction to proper training techniques * Speed, agility, and quickness training * Intense sport-specific core training * Total body conditioning * Mitt work Build strength and stamina the professional boxing way (ages 10 and up)! Rate is $50.00 per session. Youth sports enhancement program: Improving the "playing speed" of an athlete is one of the greatest concerns in sports today. Incorporating proper balance, stabilization, strength, and power training provides an optimal foundation for athletes to achieve enhanced performance. Professional guidance, supervision, and instruction can play a huge role in the success of the young athlete, and the safety of our youth. Remnant Fitness offers a variety of programs, ranging from one-on-one instruction to team instruction (ages 10 to 17). Call for details! Rate is $59.95 per session. (Web enhancement) program: This is the perfect program for motivated guests, who are either short on time, or looking for new material. This four-week program starts with a consultation and fitness evaluation screening. Guests will then have a custom strength training program designed and emailed to them, complete with pictures of the exercises. At the end of the four weeks, guests will then complete another fitness evaluation screening. This program also contains nutritional meal plans; see more information below. Programs start at $149. In-home personal training: Remnant Fitness gives you (in-home) personal training program that brings the same innovative training we provide in our fitness center to your door! Rate is $65.00 per session. Nutritional meal plans: Remnant Fitness meal plans create nutritional and weight loss goals for each client. Establish and recommend calorie and nutritional baselines, while creating custom nutritional goals. Remnant Fitness also adjusts meals plans for increasing clients' activity levels and sets calorie baselines for weight control. Prices start at $50.00. Call for more information.
