OMG, this man is unbelievable! With decades of experience working in flooring, Harry worked nothing but real magic on my carpet tears. My puppy had eaten through carpet in pretty much every corner of the apartment and some holes were really large. Carpet was old and hard to make perfect color match. Harry showed up with every tool possible in his impressive arsenal! Repairing carpet rips may seem like a no-brainer, and YouTube will give you an impression that it's easy, but really it's far from that. Carpet work is more like science and you have to understand what you are doing and have the right tools, like heating iron, glue gun and stapler, among dozens of tools I saw him use... I'm so thankful that I had the smarts and serious luck on my side, to have hired the best, top notch professional that exists. Harry's outgoing, pleasant personality and patience with my many inquiries about getting the right carpet at Lowe's and other questions ahead of the repair appointment, make him the best person anyone would ever desire for any flooring job. I have to also admit that it's not just the skill set or the personality or the set of tools - it's the whole package that Harry brought to the job and showcased precision/ quality/ intelligence and high energy! My husband and I are super glad with the outcome of this hard task and wouldn't go looking for another flooring professional should we ever need help again. Thank you, Harry!
