My name is Demetrius McCormick and I started my business in 2020 in memory of my mother. I offer free consultation and I do my best to make sure the client is satisfied with the menu and I try to let them pick their menu for the most part. I am stationed out of Charlotte but I do travel.

We had an incredible experience with our private chef. The main course was beautifully presented — truly a work of art on the plate. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the flavors matched the stunning presentation. The chef was warm, friendly, and made the evening feel personal and special. Our family decided to hire a personal chef for an evening of vacation. This was our first experience with a private chef. After reaching out to some chefs along with Chef Meech he was the first to respond. He was very pleasant and polite as well as informative. We had a wonderful evening. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Chef Meech was punctual, tidy, and very polite and friendly. I highly recommend Chef Meech . Awesome experience for FCCEF's board retreat. Chef Meech prepared 3 fabulous meals for us and all of them were delicious. All the food was on point. Highly recommend.

Chef Meeche is absolutely amazing. I hired him to do brunch for my wife's 40th birthday getaway. He has excellent communication skills, and his attention to detail is top-notch. He asked if there were any dietary restrictions, and when I told him my youngest daughter had egg and nut allergies, he customized a menu that would let her be included. I was so impressed with the initial interaction that I asked if he could do the surprise party later that day. He advised that he could and created a fantastic menu. Chef showed up on time and delivered exactly what he said he would. He made delicious food and cleaned up and washed dishes, leaving nothing for us to worry about. Thank you for making this a glorious experience for my family and me. If there is anything better than Chef Meeche's food (which says a lot, this man needs his own restaurant), it's his customer service.
