Chef Meeche is absolutely amazing. I hired him to do brunch for my wife's 40th birthday getaway. He has excellent communication skills, and his attention to detail is top-notch. He asked if there were any dietary restrictions, and when I told him my youngest daughter had egg and nut allergies, he customized a menu that would let her be included. I was so impressed with the initial interaction that I asked if he could do the surprise party later that day. He advised that he could and created a fantastic menu. Chef showed up on time and delivered exactly what he said he would. He made delicious food and cleaned up and washed dishes, leaving nothing for us to worry about. Thank you for making this a glorious experience for my family and me. If there is anything better than Chef Meeche's food (which says a lot, this man needs his own restaurant), it's his customer service.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Demetrius. I took a chance on using Thumbtack since I did not have a personal referral. All of the reviews for Meech's Cooking Made Easy were great so I decide to try it. The food was served at the small reception after my wedding. I am so happy I used Demetrius! His responsiveness was far superior to anyone I have ever worked with. His prices are incredibly reasonable and the food was absolutely amazing. He made shrimp cocktail, petite ham biscuits with apricot jelly, brie wrapped in phyllo dough and caprice skewers. Everything was fabulous and the presentation was beautiful. I got many compliments on all of the appetizers. I will definitely use Demetrius for any future events. I hope the photographer got pictures of all of the food and if he did, I will post them when we receive the pictures. Thank you again, Demetrius!
