I needed help addressing the chronic slowness of my laptop and a better that would no longer charge (the laptop was not operational unless plugged in). Via a remote session, Abdullah was able to run various scans, diagnose the problems, perform various updates that my computer never alerted me to (such as a critical BIOS update), remove excess files from my machine, etc. I greatly appreciated his responsiveness, patience, and ability to resolve two years' worth of problems in about two hours. He also gave me advice in terms of a replacement laptop in the event I decide to go that route. I will use Abdullah's company for all my IT needs going forward!

Abdullah is a fantastic computer repair person. My WiFi stopped working on my iMac. I reached out to Abdullah, he came to my home and performed an extensive and very through diagnostics on my computer and WiFi setup. Everything showed my WiFi card needed replacing. Abdullah ordered it and when it was delivered I took my iMac to him for the replacement. In a couple of days he brought it back and everything worked perfectly. Abdullah's rates are extremely reasonable, he is very through and a well trained professional. I am very pleased with the service and outcome. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone need a computer repair service.

Upfront hourly rate $120 plus travel fee based on distance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick response via Thumbtack and Text messaging followed by a phone call to better understand the situation of the issue. If the situation requires extended periods, then we take the device to the shop and return to customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been working in the IT field since I was a teen. Computer has always been my passion and Hobby. I have attained Comptia Security+, HP, Dell and Apple certification while working at RadioShack and Central Piedmont Community College. I also have a Bachelor's degree in computer Science with emphasis in network security.
