Abdullah is wonderful! He responded to our inquiry promptly, identified the issue with our computer and home office set up quickly, and was able to explain the problem and necessary remediation steps in layman's terms. He took great care of our personal computer when he needed to take it for repairs, stayed in continuous conversation with us as to the status, and returned it with the issue resolved. I would definitely trust him to service our computer needs again and highly recommend him to anyone needing computer/office set up services.

Abdullah was great, he's my new tech guy. Very knowledgeable and helpful by recommending what works. He also will exhaust every avenue to make just all your devices, wifi connections , computers are up to speed before he leaves. 5 stars!!!

    I been working in the IT field since I was a teen. Computer has always been my passion and Hobby. I have attained Comptia Security+, HP, Dell and Apple certification while working at RadioShack and Central Piedmont Community College. I also have a Bachelor's degree in computer Science with emphasis in network security.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I started doing this type of work while I was in high school. I than started working as Desktop technician at a local college before I attended University to obtain my BS in IT Cyber Security.

    I work with residential and small business customers.
