Introduction: For two years in Los Angeles, I worked at an Apple store finding solutions for the various tech needs of customers. I soon realized that I am better able to help folks by traveling to them and being available for any of their tech needs.
I repair. I setup. I troubleshoot. I find solutions. And probably what I enjoy most is just sitting down with you - offering a quick tutorial or lesson on how to best utilize the technology you have to do what you want to do with it.
I'm an independent "geek" with a strong sense of what great customer service looks like. I moved to Charlotte about 14 months ago, and when I'm not providing tech support, I'm a high school science teacher here in Charlotte!
