Introduction: For two years in Los Angeles, I worked at an Apple store finding solutions for the various tech needs of customers. I soon realized that I am better able to help folks by traveling to them and being available for any of their tech needs. I repair. I setup. I troubleshoot. I find solutions. And probably what I enjoy most is just sitting down with you - offering a quick tutorial or lesson on how to best utilize the technology you have to do what you want to do with it. I'm an independent "geek" with a strong sense of what great customer service looks like. I moved to Charlotte about 14 months ago, and when I'm not providing tech support, I'm a high school science teacher here in Charlotte!

Kevin has helped me and my 50 something friends so much! He came to my home several times and adapted to whatever I needed. He was extremely patient and never made me feel intimidated. He kept me focused on my goals and explained the same thing as many times as it took for me to feel comfortable and master the task.
