FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am scheduled to be A+ certified very soon, without missing a beat I'll be working on my Network+ certification, followed by MSCA Windows 7 certification, and finally my Bachelors degree in Software and Information Systems at UNC Charlotte.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Virus Removals, System Cleanups, Maintenance, Malware removal, Rootkit detection, Startup modifications, hardware replacement, screen replacements.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was working at a storefront IT repair shop, and three of the technicians couldn't diagnose one computer that they had been working on for two days after countless tests. I managed to locate the problem, a slowly dying power supply which was sagging and spiking in voltage causing system crashes while seeming like a bad motherboard.
