- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ReWave offers a free evaluation to diagnose the problem and provide clients with an exact cost for recovery. We provide clients with a file/folder list of recoverable data. At that time, the client can decide if they would like to proceed with recovery. If we cannot recover the data you need, there is no fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most clients either call, email, or submit a request for a free quote. One of our technicians will respond with an estimated price range for recovery based on the symptoms described. We recommend a free evaluation to diagnose the device and give the client an exact price. The client may bring the device to our lab, or they may ship it to our lab. Once the evaluation is complete, the client receives a file/folder list of recoverable data and an exact recovery price. At this time, the client can decide if they wish to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have a minimum of a Bachelors degree, and most have extensive on-the-job training and also certifications.
