I would steer clear of this individual. He has leined my project without giving a written signed change order (as his contract states). To get a draw of funds he made up a fix (roof repair $1300.00) that was never done. Alcohol and garbage all over front and back yard

JMC didn't had no roof on his contract I was order by Carolina Hard Money finish the without the owner sign change paper . JMC had no control if sub leave trash on site Mr Clayton want free work . Tim Clayton had Don Perrion tastes with a Walmart budget .

Luis is a scam. He cannot be trusted. He is very shady. He works under a paint company "Charlotte Metro Painting Company", which is "operated" by his stepson, who works at a bank.
