RB was amazing! I reached out to him late at night (roughly 10:30 pm) regarding a leak with my laundry connections. He called me within 15 minutes to assess the problem and came out the next day to make the repair. I can’t say enough good things about RB with American Plumbing & Drain. From our very first conversation, he was professional, knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and extremely helpful.

I needed to replace a sewage ejector pump, and before RB ever came to my home, he took the time to help me make sure I was purchasing the right equipment. I sent him pictures and asked questions about different pumps I was considering. He immediately pointed out when I was looking at a sump pump instead of the sewage pump I actually needed, explained the horsepower he recommended, and helped me identify the correct Zoeller sewage ejector pump. He even advised me that my existing check valve could be reused rather than trying to sell me something I didn’t need. That told me a lot about his honesty and the way he does business.

Throughout the entire process, RB stayed in communication with me while I ordered the pump and waited for it to arrive. Once it arrived, we coordinated the appointment, he showed up as promised, and he had the job completed in what seemed like no time. His price was very fair, his workmanship was excellent, and he was extremely clean and respectful of my home. When he finished, he cleaned everything up and left the area looking great.

As a real estate broker and owner of Whitner Realty, plumbing is certainly not my area of expertise. I work with homeowners, buyers, sellers, and investors every day, and having reliable professionals I can trust is extremely important.
