Great customer service /responsiveness and were able to come out the same day which was great. However, they did not have a snake long enough to plunge the drains from the drain pipe and they did not charge the $49 fee. unfortunately, I will be working with a different plumber for this project in order to resolve the issue.

Both sinks in our master bathroom were clogged resulting in a very slow drain. I reached out on Thumbtack for a plumber and received a response quickly. Mykola Usachov and another worker arrived promptly and fixed our clogs. They were professional and even though they could not speak English, there was no language barrier as communication was done on his iPhone through a translator. They were very reasonable in price and I will be calling on them again if the need should arise for a plumber.

The plumber performed an incredible deep cleaning, spending hours manually removing accumulated mud and sediment, followed by professional pressure washing and chemical treatment. The attention to detail and work ethic was exceptional - he took genuine pride in delivering outstanding results. We initially hired him to resolve a slow draining shower which he performed so quickly and effectively that we hired him to replace a toilet and repair our bathtub fixture. Very unprofessional up-charging customers for services not required. I requested their service due to a clogged kitchen sink. I told them it was clogged due to dirt I put down the drain from my plants. When they came to look at the sink, they asked for me to turn on the disposal (which was not whirring/making any noise). They then said I would need to replace my disposal for $792 AND they need to snake the drain for $200 because the disposal and drain were connected to each other? This did not sound right. I asked if they had any cheaper option, so they said they could do tests on the disposal to figure out the issue but that would cost an additional $130 and not include them fixing the issue. I understand we are all trying to make a living, but dishonest practices are unsavory and I will go out of my way to not recommend this company to anyone. Not sure if they think women are incapable of common sense, but hope they think twice before doing this to anyone else. I called another plumber who snaked my sink for $150 and my disposal works just fine. It was blocked. They inspected it the exact same way Zoom Drain did and proceeded to fix it without an issue or up charge for something I don’t need. Not sure how Zoom Drain has such good reviews. I guess no one questions what these people say? Please start questioning these “professionals”.

Let’s put it this way, Zoom Drain was my second plumber in two days. The first company come out and charged me for work that didn’t resolve the problem. Their solution was to replumb my 1960s house due to the cast iron pipes. Rob and his apprentice came in and solved the problem on their first attempt. My sink drains better now than it did 5 years ago. They were dressed nicely, covered their shoes and equipment before bringing it into our home, protected the area they worked, and cleaned up when they were done. I don’t care what type of service work you do, this is how you do it! Great job guys! You’ve earned a loyal customer at our home. Thank you!
