Jarvis and his team know how to run a business. Firstly he answered the phone. I didn't have to leave a message. Apparently, some businesses think answering the phone is optional. Jarvis answered all my questions scheduled my ductcleaning in a timely manner. They showed up on time and did a great job. The guys were professional and curious.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is determined by the number of bedrooms, which includes bonus rooms such as loft areas, basements, and office spaces. Additionally, a 2.9% processing fee will be applied to all credit card payments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to commencing our cleaning operations, we conduct a comprehensive walkthrough with the client, detailing our procedures and simultaneously performing a complimentary inspection of air quality solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training is provided by NORMI, the National Organization of Remediation and Microbial Inspectors. We have been actively involved in air duct cleaning for over a decade. Our equipment is NADCA certified.
