- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on a number of things such as: rooms and baths in the home needing to be cleaned and location. What we charge is what you pay. No hidden fees! Same price for cleaning no matter how long it takes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with new clients is pretty simple; First we schedule a walk through to discuss clients cleaning needs in more detailed and to make sure we have provided an accurate price. Second we get the service agreement and cleaning proposal together and view it with our clients, answers any questions they may have and speak with them briefly to make sure we have all information needed to leave our clients satisfied with our services. Last but not least, once our clients have agreed to do business with us and have signed our service agreement Palmetto Prime Cleaning will go in on requested start day and work our magic!
