The response time from my initial request to mount a 70” TV was quick (within 5 minutes). I received a call from Travis to schedule the service. The stars aligned, and Travis, a very professional gentleman, arrived about 30 minutes later. Travis assessed the location I wanted the 70” TV mounted and went to work on the installation. Within a few minutes the TV was mounted, and he did it all with a very nice smile. When he completed the installation, he made sure I was satisfied.
