Our pricing is based on the scope of the project, the preparation required, and the materials needed to produce a durable, professional finish. Most projects are quoted as a flat project price so clients know exactly what to expect before work begins. We specialize in efficient cosmetic upgrades such as interior paint refreshes, exterior painting, and masonry whitewash systems and decks. Typical project ranges: • Interior paint refresh: $2,300 – $6,500+ • Exterior painting or coatings: varies by size and surface condition • Masonry whitewash coating systems: quoted based on brick and prep needs A deposit is required to secure scheduling, and the remaining balance is due upon completion. We focus on delivering clean work, reliable timelines, and results that add value to the property. We also discounts to clients that allow us to place an advertising sign in their front yard AND we offer referral gratuity
