He came when he said he was gonna come. Did what he said he was gonna do. A little pricy. But of course when youre in a bind, youll pay it. I felt a little taken advantage of by the price, but overall he helped me out.

Kevin was responsive, prompt, courteous, and thorough. Responded quickly to my call, was available quickly, and arrived on time. Provided receipt for all parts required for the repair without being prompted to do so. Very positive customer experience.
