I would give zero stars if I could. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I booked this service expecting reliability and clear communication, but unfortunately, that’s not what I received. The servicer waited until the night before the scheduled move to inform me that he had no one to assist him — and only after I reached out to confirm. He had the entire week to notify me that there was an issue, but instead chose not to communicate at all until the very last minute. This lack of responsibility and disregard for my time was incredibly frustrating and completely avoidable. A simple message or phone call earlier in the week would have allowed me to make alternate arrangements. Instead, I was left scrambling the night before my move because of his failure to communicate. There’s absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior, especially in a service-based industry where dependability is key. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere — this was completely unprofessional and disappointing from start to finish.
