I hired Ken Loeffler around 6 months ago. My wife and I own an old wood and glass home near the beach in Leucadia. We've been there for the last 26 years and a lot of deferred maintenance built up. Ken rebuilt all the redwood decks (probably 750 sq feet of decks), removed and replaced moldy walls, removed and replaced some sections that had termite damage, replaced several doors, painted the entire exterior (which is shingled), installed lighting, built two fences and included bolted entry doors, painted the interior of our garage and put an epoxy finish on the floor, moved our clothes washer and drier out of the kitchen and into the garage, converted the former closet holding the washer and drier into a kitchen pantry, built a shed for our trash cans, refurbished our childrens' playhouse in the yard and installed a swing set, changed all the door locks,. After he replaced the redwood decks he took the old wood and made 3 lovely outdoor tables out of it. He always showed up when he said he would. His rates are reasonable. I can recommend Ken Loeffler as a handyman.
