Jimi impressed me from our first conversation. I selected him from the others because of his professionalism, attention to detail, experience and the great ratings from others who'd hired him. I appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile to customize our music if needed. The lights that he provides adds an extra layer of color/fun too. There was another party in the same venue on the floor below us, and several times we had some unexpected visitors because they liked our music and party better than theirs. Top Hat Event Planning is outsatnding. Liane and her staff were amazing.They not only made sure my guest were well catered to , her staff made everthing so perfectly elegant for my 50th birthday party.. I hired Renee as my rescue Wedding Planner after the first one failed to deliver. With only a couple of weeks to clean up the mess Renee and her team took on the challenge and exceeded my expectations. My wedding day was PERFECT!! My guest and vendors raved about her professionalism and attention to detail. My new husband and I are anxious to work with her in the future for all of our event planning needs. We will forever be grateful for her and the memories she helped us make.
Amber with BF Designs was absolutely wonderful. I was helping a friend of a friend plan their baby shower and was in need of someone who can provide a full service shower. The shower was 2 weeks away and we were starting from scratch. Long story short the couple was extremely difficult to please. They were constantly changing what they wanted, the colors, the theme, if you can think of it... They asked to change it. Their budget kept decreasing and the demands were increasing. Amber overcame every obstacle that came her way and totally rocked this event. She went over and beyond with her level of details, provided a theme on her own, even added additional items that wasn’t part of the package. Amber is a perfectionist! She truly rocks! I would have quit!!!! If anyone is in need of a party planner Amber is the best! Thank you again for everything!
Oh my....the FOOD! Epps Bistro has provided my family with several weeks of food and Executive Chef, Terique Epps, cooked for a dinner party I hosted. Everyone raved about the food! He was extremely personable, professional and not only is he an excellent chef but he also cleaned up my kitchen (better than I would've) once he was done. I would recommend Epps Bistro to anyone!
They coordinated my son's 1st birthday party my entire family and friends loved it!! And the candy bar was a success!! They are AWESOME all the way around!! I will definately be using them again in the future!!

I can't imagine having had my wedding day without Nichole. I'm a very hands-on person, so knowing that on the big day I wasn't going to be able to be at the venue (very DIY) to direct everything was nerve racking. Not only did she get everything perfect in regard to the setup, she was a lifesaver during the ceremony and reception. We didn't have to worry about a thing - we went where Nichole told us to go when Nichole told us to go there. Everyone says weddings go by in a blur, and they sure do - but because we didn't have to concern ourselves with any logistics, we actually had time to sit down, EAT, and enjoy being married. It was about a million degrees (more like 85 but in a warehouse with no A/C it felt like a million) so at the end of the ceremony she started rubbing the whole wedding party cups of water and never let my now husband or me want for anything. We felt so taken care of. At the end of the night when Nichole was running interference go get us to our car, I mentioned I never got to have a piece of cake so she ran to get me one and we all waited until I got to finish it! When it came to photos and introductions, she was able to wrangle 14 bridesmaids and groomsmen plus family like a pro. She kept everyone on task and on time. I could keep going, but the best thing I can say to sum it all up is that she was a "me" on a day that I couldn't be.
I cannot thank Nieves Martino enough for the fabulous job she did planning and executing our event. Not only does she have creative ideas on the front end, she pays attention to all the details in execution. I have hired event planners for a few events in the past and am very particular. Nieves far exceeded my expectations and I will use her for all my events in the future.
The decor was exactly how I envisioned my wedding day to be. She was friendly and easy to work with. Whatever I needed, she delivered. Very impressed and I'm so glad I chose Perfectly Planned Events.

I was a bridesmaid in one of Amandas perfectly run events. No detail was spared from the tutu on the furry legged flower girl to the color coordinated paper cones full of dried lavender at the sendoff. Everyone was well informed and given a schedule for the day. The thought she had put into planning made the day go off without a hitch. If only all wedding planners were like this!
Diyanna coordinated my wedding day and reception. She made sure everything ran completely smooth on my special day and that everything was exactly how I had wanted it. From everything to making sure the wedding party walked down the aisle in the correct order and at the right time, to making sure the bride and groom got to eat first at the reception and everything in between, I'm so thankful Diyanna was there to coordinate my plans for me on my wedding day. Thanks again for everything... I'd use her again for one of my events in a heartbeat. :)
I needed invitation cards quickly for an 80th birthday party. Rufus made the design, emailed me the proofs and once I made my choice, he had them printed and back to me in plenty time. I made another request just days before the event and he came through again for me.
Amazing! Buy far one of best, most personable event planning services out there. The owner Valarie actually took the time to understand my vision for my shower and she nailed it! Everything from the food, decor and staff was awesome. We'll definitely be using them in the future.
Yevads events did my 40th birthday party. They provided my invitations, catering and decorate. I had an all white theme and they decorated my outdoor party with white pipping drapes with white linens and white chair covers. They accented the white decore with rhinestone Center pieces. The food was amazing! The staff was punctual and had the food set up and warm in time for my guest. My event was an evening of elegance.
