- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to install the outdoor space of your dreams and will work with you on your budget to make it happen!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out with a phone call/email then proceed to site visits after which we can provide a high level quote. From there we will work with you to dial in your budget, pick out materials, provide drawings and help with HOA approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned certification in building trades courses at a local community college when I was younger and continue to stay up to date with ongoing education from the suppliers and manufacturers we purchase our products from.
