Nate did a last minute dinner job for me! He whipped up a delicious pasta dish! His ability to explain his process, ingredients & flavor profile was exquisite. He is also super knowledgeable about the nutritional side of food. I can’t wait to book him again!

    I am trained in culinary arts from Johnson and Wales University. I also have a specialization and nutrition and a bachelors of science as well.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I got started doing this work almost 10 years ago when I first knew that I wanted to become a chef. I spent countless hours in different restaurants, learning and perfecting my craft I even went to Johnson was university to get better.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have word from customers from all over the world. I was in the US Navy for five years, and I had the chance to travel and learn about food culture from all over. I have worked for NFL players, coaching, staff, high, end restaurants, and even fast casual.
