I have been a trainer for 6 years since graduating with a BS in Nutrition and a minor in exercise science. I am certified through EXOS. It is my passion to help people crush their goals and be a better version of themselves. I have experience working with youth, athletes, and individuals of all ages. I love the relationship of in-person training. Correct movement patterns and form are two things I focus on. I also teach boxing classes for 1 on 1 or groups. I assess all clients before programming. We will work on improving stress/inflammation, sleep, brain and gut health, as these things are crucial to reaching optimal health.

The reason I’ve been able to stick to any workout routine for nearly 3 years is because Brandon is my trainer. I am stronger and in better shape than ever. Brandon is a teaching coach. He works with you on expectations and guides you in everything from nutrition, pre and post workout, stretching, posture and strength. He has a wide variety of clients and cares for all of them, tailoring the workouts to where they are and what they want to achieve. During workouts he is constantly assessing form and addressing how to become better, get the most out of it and avoid injury. Finally and importantly, Brandon has a great sense of humor and is the friendliest guy you could want to be around several times each week.
