One at 1420 S Mint St (South End/Uptown Area) and the other location is at 4732 Monroe Rd (Oakhurst). I currently have a 28 Day Online Bodyweight Program you can do anywhere, without equipment! Check my website for details. Online training has different pricing than in-person training. Certified Personal Trainer With Specialist Certifications in Women's Fitness, Weight Loss and Online Training. I offer semi private group and online training programs! Note: I do not travel to clients. Read on to learn more about me and my training style! :) I help women take their bodies and lives back! If you have 10-20+ pounds to lose and feel like you have tried everything, you have come to the right trainer. You will FINALLY find sustainable weight loss success through goal setting, healthy habits & quick, effective workouts. This is not a quick fix, but a lifestyle change. ***Semi private group training for up to 6 women. This is a great option for women that need the accountability of in-person training but do not have the budget for one-on-one and need a little bit more flexibility with scheduling. This option is also beneficial for women who like to be pushed harder or motivated by their peers during exercise. It's a wonderful opportunity to make friends and have a great time! Here's How it Works: - Sessions are 60 minutes - You will be in a small group with other women up to 6 people - Workouts will be tailored to your individual goals - No waiting in lines or waiting for equipment at a busy gym. You are guaranteed to have space and the equipment you need for your workout. - Nutrition guidance will be provided for each individual - You will pay for a package of 8, 12, or 16 sessions every 5 weeks - Use them or lose them - You are able to enroll in any available small group training session as long as a slot is open Pricing starts at $320 for 8 sessions.*** Schedule a time to come in for an initial movement and habit assessment. $75 is due at the time of booking to hold your slot. It is non-refundable. These assessments are required to begin in-person training. It's important to remember that every body is different and different methods work for different people. Others will claim they've got the secret to make you lose weight fast, or supplements to increase your metabolism, but if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. I don’t support quick fixes or tricks, weight loss supplements or detoxes, completely cutting out food groups, or extreme exercise. Getting healthy and losing weight takes time, hard work, and consistency. I will help you determine what works best for you and teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle. I believe in moderation and indulging every once in a while and I definitely practice what I preach. Hey, we still need to enjoy life! I am not the type of trainer that is going to get in your face and scream at you and I will not babysit you. I will COACH you on how to live a healthy, fit lifestyle and how to sustain long term results. I will challenge your body and your mind, to adapt, to change, to learn. ​ ​I know my style of training is not for everyone, but I also know there are a lot of women out there who just need some compassion, direction, and positive reinforcement. If you are looking for a coach to help you safely push yourself, to teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle of moderation, and to guide you on how to properly move your body and lift weights, and to really make a life long change, then I am your girl! **Please note that ONLINE TRAINING has different pricing than in person training. Online training can be beneficial for individuals who have changing schedules, have the ability to workout on different days and times, just need accountability, or who have a tight budget. Pricing starts at $225for 4 weeks.** Initial consultations for small group training are 60 minutes ($75) and are separate from the group. [For online training, initial consultations are 20 minutes via phone (free)]. You also have the option to book a free 20 minute phone call prior to your in-person consultation. From my initial intake appointment, I knew Lemonade Fit was going to be the right choice for me. I have trained with Candice for 6 months both individually and then when I was ready; in small group sessions. Unfortunately, a personal trainer can’t do the work for you. But Candice is there to show you the path to fitness, provide you with the tools you need, and cheer you on every single step of the way. Through an unexpected (and unrelated) foot surgery and back injury, I was still able to workout (with modifications) and make progress towards my goals. When I had questions about nutrition and wellness, Candice responded quickly and was knowledgeable and helpful. She provides one on one attention and makes everyone feel welcome; from beginners to those who are more advanced. So far, I’ve lost over 20 pounds, increased my strength and endurance, and gained a genuine friend. I feel better in my own skin. I’d do it over again in a heartbeat. Candice is good people. Make an appointment. You won’t be sorry.
