Kannan A. says, "Richard did a fantastic job replacing the whole big door section/frame which included a middle french door(s) and two fixed side doors and transom sections above all of it. He was confident from the initial assessment, his measurements were very accurate and came back a second time to validate the design for accurate fit before placing the final order for the doors to be built. He followed up with the door builder and communicated delivery status. Finally worked very deligently to install and complete the job promptly. Even took the time to caulk around the doors throughly to ensure all the gaps were sealed well. He took care of re-installing the existing shades/blinds, door locks and even the door security alarm contact device that had wires and needed to be pulled through the new doors. Very prompt and clear communication all along. He came back promtly to a fix very minor alignment issue a few days after I contacted him. Easy going and pleasure to work with. Absolutely recommend him for any door project."See more
