Our Services (All TERMS of Rates are Fully Negotiable) One Time Consultation Fee Price: Half of monthly rental charge (as set by client). Terms: Owner agrees to pay a One-time consultation fee equal to half the total price of the monthly rental cost charged to the tenant. (Fee due at time of agreement.) Consultation Includes: Tenant placement background verification, lease creation, advertising and listing of property. Pre-screen property inspection to help determine if any repairs or improvements are needed. Contractor search and negotiations (if needed). (Optional) Virtual Monthly Management & Monitoring Fee Price: 5% of the gross rent Terms: Client will pay contractor 5% of the monthly rental charge as it is collected from the tenant. (Monthly Virtual Management is a optional service) Includes: 24/7 Customer support for tenants. Vendor negotiations (if needed). Rent collection. Assessing and collecting late fees. unit Assessment, move-in, and move-out inspections. Strategic short & long-term planning Price: Free Includes: Resolutions for long-term and short-term accounting and book keeping issues. Data storage and record keeping. Monthly and year-end financial reporting etc.
