The ladies at Propertyspire were very quick to help me out! They gave me a lot of information & sent me a very helpful report about my property’s rental value before I had even decided to hire them. I am new to this Landlord thing and they were very patient with me and explained everything thoroughly until I completely understood the process. They spent a lot of time with someone who was not yet a paying customer, and I really appreciate that!
They didn’t try to sell me and they didn’t bug me non-stop. I never felt pressured with them, but I certainly did when I spoke to a couple of the ‘well known’ companies in Charlotte. I genuinely felt like Propertyspire wanted to help me. They let me come to them instead of harassing me, and when I did they helped me without hesitation. All of this made the decision of which company to go with an easy one for me.
They had my property cleaned up and on the market in just a day or two. They’ve already rented it out and they were able to get me way more in rent than I thought my property would go for. So far my experience with them has been great and I recommend them to anyone who needs a Property Manager, especially new landlords like me who need a little extra help!

I had above and beyond service provided to me from property spire.I highly recommend this company to anyone as a first time renter.Moving out of my parents house and starting college were very difficult things to do in the beginning,I didn't know where to start.But with the help of property spire I was able to successfully able to move into my first rental.10/10!
