The ladies at Propertyspire were very quick to help me out! They gave me a lot of information & sent me a very helpful report about my property’s rental value before I had even decided to hire them. I am new to this Landlord thing and they were very patient with me and explained everything thoroughly until I completely understood the process. They spent a lot of time with someone who was not yet a paying customer, and I really appreciate that!
They didn’t try to sell me and they didn’t bug me non-stop. I never felt pressured with them, but I certainly did when I spoke to a couple of the ‘well known’ companies in Charlotte. I genuinely felt like Propertyspire wanted to help me. They let me come to them instead of harassing me, and when I did they helped me without hesitation. All of this made the decision of which company to go with an easy one for me.
They had my property cleaned up and on the market in just a day or two. They’ve already rented it out and they were able to get me way more in rent than I thought my property would go for. So far my experience with them has been great and I recommend them to anyone who needs a Property Manager, especially new landlords like me who need a little extra help!

Would not recommend for property management services! I reached out to this company on Thumbtack looking for property management services for my home in Albemarle. I was introduced to a young female (can't remember her name), that stated she would be interested in managing my property under Section 8 & also private tenants. I received a contract to sign, in which I did, and she stated she would go out to the property to take a look at the conditions of the property. I was also advised she would contact me once she gets there to view the property. I received no response for the next 4-6 hours, so I reached out to her to see if she has been by the property. She stated she had been by the property & viewed it, but I found that hard to believe since I received no contact when she claimed she went as she promised she would contact me once at the property. I tried texting her to receive follow-up, but never received a response after the last attempt to contact. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
