I contacted Matt online to help with my condo purchase. Within minutes he sent me a list of condos, most of which were perfect matches. He gave excellent advice as we made offers in a seller's market and I ultimately got the unit I wanted. Matt recommended an excellent home inspector, a lender and closing attorney. Friends tell me horror stories about purchasing a home but my purchase really could not have been any more pleasant. I'll definitely be calling Matt again when it's time to upgrade!

Matt's follow through, responsiveness and professionalism are second to none. I had a ton of questions during the purchase of my first home. Matt responded on nights and weekends - literally any time I needed him. There was a last minute issue with an incomplete repair and he was able to work with the seller's agent and my lender to keep things on track.
