M&N was great from the start of the job until it was finished, all the same day.
I discovered my hot water heater went out on a Sunday. M&N started when they said they would start and gave me eta updates ahead of time when they expected to arive. The gentleman replaced my hot water heater and all of the pipes connecting it without issues. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional the entire time.
I would strongly recommend M&N plumbing. They are my plumber of choice in the future.

Excellent work!! Knocked a water heater for me in about 2 hours. Also was having an issue with an upstairs toilet. Took care of that as well. Great guy! Already booked Lalsangmuana for another project!

Muana came quickly to fix a broken seal on the toilet in our downstairs bath. He work quickly and expertly and was very pleasant to deal with.
I want to add that I called him months for another problem I had - a problem I was not sure would fall under plumbing or not. He came, assessed the situation and told me I would be better off calling someone who installs countertops. And he did NOT charge me for the consultation.
What a rare find he is - that he was honest and did not come up with something he could charge me for and, even more rare, did not charge me for his opinion and advice.
I will call Muana anytime I need a plumber because I trust his integrity.

I had an excellent experience with M&N Plumbing LLC when the plumber Lalsangmuana and his partner replaced my water heater. There were honest, professional, and incredibly responsive—replying within minutes of my service request. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they took the time to recommend practical upgrades to help my new water heater last beyond many years beyond warranty. The parts were ordered and picked up the same day, and they had the job completed within few hours. Extremely trustworthy, efficient, and reliable. I highly recommend them!
