Knowing I was going to need a roof, I called three local companies for info and pricing. Each came out and went up on my roof. None of the three spent more than maybe 20 minutes on the roof and provided me with an estimate an estimate that blew my mind! I figured a new roof was out of the question.While telling a friend of the experience, he asked if I had called Masters. When I replied that I hadnt, he suggested that I should and proceeded to tell me nothing but positive things including leaving his property spotlessly clean after the job (my pet peeve!). He directed me to Anthony Jarona.When I called, Anthony immediately answered his phone, did some fact finding and set an appointment. He showed up on time (another pet peeve), ladder in tow and up on the roof he went. I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, after what seemed like hours, he came down. We sat down and I was shocked to see he had taken a picture of every damaged area/shingle of my roof. Not only did I get photos of the problems (the previous companies just handed me an estimate), I got an education! Anthony explained everything and patiently answered all of my questions. Anyone whos ever had to replace a roof knows its not cheap, but at least I felt I could make an informed decision.At that point I figured Anthony was an estimator and Id never see him again. WRONG! He communicated with me through each and every step from scheduling until to the last nail was driven. The clean up exceeded expectations. He even followed up long after the job was done to make sure I was satisfied. I am very picky about giving recommendations, but have no hesitation in recommending Masters Roofing and the very competent and professional, Anthony Jarona. These guys represent what a good contractor should be. Thanks for my beautiful new roof!
