If you're looking for a gutter, roofing, and/or window companylook no further!I recently had new gutter guards & windows installed, and the entire experience with the Storm Guard team was outstanding from start to finish. The team, led by Isaac, was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the initial consultation through the final installation, they took the time to explain every step, answered all my questions, and ensured I was happy throughout the process.Storm Guard wasn't the first company I reached out to for a quote, but I'm extremely glad I chose them. After a less-than-pleasant experience with another competitordespite their strong ratings and reviewsworking with Isaac and his team was a difference maker.The windows are of excellent quality. I could immediately feel the difference, especially in the master bedroom. For several years, I battled the master bedroom & bathroom being too warm regardless of the thermostat setting. Within the first week of warmer weather, the new windows made a HUGH difference. YAY!!!!!Additionally, one of the biggest impressions on me was Isaac's team member, Nelson!! He is truly committed to customer satisfaction and attention to detail. LOVE THAT!! We offer free roof inspections and estimates. We provide transparent and honest estimates and select the best materials tailored to meet your specific roofing needs, so there are no surprises. We deliver quality for value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with our customers in person and go over all the details of work needing to be done. We find out if there are any specific needs to be met, thoroughly discuss all repairs and installations, and determine budget and timeframes. We answer any questions they may have, especially involving insurance claims and how we can assist. We properly diagnose all issues and present solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a general contractor’s license in North Carolina and South Carolina and complete all continuing education requirements. We also attend trainings put on by Owens Corning.
