Our neighbor had a roof replaced by Storm Guard of Charlotte, NC. I walked over to converse with him and observed the installation. They had plants covered with tarps for protection and tarps installed to catch debris.I phoned the representative he recommended (Issac Schultz) and set up an appointment to discuss our roof replacement which turned out to have some hail damage from a storm the year before.Isaac handled the roof inspection scheduling with an adjuster and conversations with the Insurance company were handled by his team.We set up a date for roof shingle replacement which was done by a team, supervised by Nelson Guerrera. They arrived on schedule, set up tarp catchments, HVAC cover and plant protection.The work team performed safely by using rope tie offs and acted in a professional manner.Some of the new shingles had issues I would not have noticed. Nelson phoned to have these exchanged and installation continued. This is a very professional action by him as I would not have known the difference and he took care of it quickly.The team performed a satisfactory cleanup by dragging the yard with magnets and removal of all old shingles. Not all roofing nails can be perfectly removed. I have found some roofing nails in the yard but this is to be expected.Issac also came over and walked through the finished installation with us to confirm our satisfaction.I am very impressed with the professionalism of the Storm GuardEmployees, the communication they provide is outstanding and all concerns are quickly addressed.I highly recommend Storm Guard for their up front communication, quick response, employee professionalism and actually talking to a real person each and every time.Willis & Karen Truesdale

I cannot say enough nice to things about Isaac, Dawn, Lopez and the entire team at StormGuard. If you need your roof, gutters, or downspouts inspected/replaced, these are your guys. Everything was smooth from beginning to end. They were patient with my questions, and I was always kept well informed. I always knew where I was in the process.Isaac was the lead on my project, and I cant tell you how many times he came over to walk me through every step of the process, show me shingles, answer questions, etc., in person as much as possible, never in a rush, never sales-y. Always answered phone calls and texts, too. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and made informed decisions and selections.Ive definitely made a friend in Isaac, and would highly recommend he pay you a visit if youre even thinking about roof replacement.Of course, the results were fantastic and the house looks great.Thanks, Isaac.

We offer free roof inspections and estimates. We provide transparent and honest estimates and select the best materials tailored to meet your specific roofing needs, so there are no surprises. We deliver quality for value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with our customers in person and go over all the details of work needing to be done. We find out if there are any specific needs to be met, thoroughly discuss all repairs and installations, and determine budget and timeframes. We answer any questions they may have, especially involving insurance claims and how we can assist. We properly diagnose all issues and present solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a general contractor’s license in North Carolina and South Carolina and complete all continuing education requirements. We also attend trainings put on by Owens Corning.
