- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will discuss through email or text what you are trying to accomplish, create a cursory blueprint for how things will be done, and give a price range for parts and fees separately. This is done so that if you are inclined, you may investigate the PC parts on your own and verify what I am telling you is correct.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I currently have many IT certification from CompTIA including A+, Network+, Security+, and Server+. CompTIA is the gold standard in the IT industry for certifications. I also 10+ years in my field and my current day job is in the IT industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have worked with computers for as long as I can remember. I have built every computer I have ever owned, and re-purposed many of my old towers into servers. I have always enjoyed technology and all the things it allows us to accomplish.
