The materials, In terms Of workmanship, quality and indoor air quality, are superior to other comparable closet designers in the Charlotte area. I am thankful I went to the showroom of the various ones to see for myself, before I ordered it, the difference in quality. Only downside was there is a wait time once you order it until the materials come in. I was given an estimate estimated date, and then this had to be pushed back a few weeks. Other reviews online had said this would likely happen. But it was worth the wait. With an investment like this It is Important because this is a built-in design that ideally would last a very, very long time and so it is certainly worth any short term delays. I will use them again for another project in my house for sure."See more

Ben Vandgrift says, "I've worked with Bill on several projects: some built in shelving, A/V panels, a dry bar in what was a kitchen-adjacent office, and a fully built-in library system for my office. Does this sound like a lot? It was a lot and stretched out over a few years.Bill is so patient -- I'm a persnickety weirdo. The library build was spaulted maple and included a secret door to a hidden room. The bar build had hidden dimmable lighting, glass shelves, and accommodated a wine refrigerator and ice maker. The A/V cabinets had many secrets. The built-in shelving had lit epoxy fills for the knot holes. We walked through everything, and the collaborative results are simply stunning. Seriously, you'd have to see it to believe it.Saying I'd work with Bill again is easy -- I have some upcoming projects and I'm working around his schedule so I can get him on board. If you're looking for fantastic quality work---and especially if you're looking for something off the beaten path---Allbritton Carpentry is your phone call."See more

Living next to a busy road, causes a lot of dirt to build up on the front porch among other places. He worked me in on a cancellation and took very good care of my belongings (outdoor furniture and Blackstone) and moved them gently to the yard while he cleaned the porch, windows, awnings etc. He was very thorough and did another amazing job! Queen Solutions has been detained as our regular. Highly recommend!! And, is in high demand! Don't delay booking this Small Business Gem of a find!"See more
