- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quotes are set in stone and will not change on you during the project, ever. We are flexible with our pricing as you are flexible with your project. We will do our best to insure the best product for the best price. We also guarantee our product for life, that means no tile cracking or adhesion issues or we will come take care of it, Absolutely !
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First i like to discuss the project. Any goals we have to obtain as far as length/demolition/etc Then I'm ready to get to work. The only thing you need to provide is the tile, unless otherwise specified.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Horticulture. I have 7 years experience in Tile and 15 years plus in general construction. I was a Navy Corpsman, i was attached to a Seabee battalion which is Naval construction engineers. Where i received 2 Navy achievement medals and my Seabee Combat Warfare designation pin. Afterwards i was attached to a marine combat unit.
