FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Think about understanding the cost of video production with the same mental concept of purchasing a new vehicle. Prior to walking onto the car lot, you know your estimated available budget and the range of cost you'd like to stay within. Sharing that with your video producer will allow them first to see if it's possible to achieve your vision with your available funds. If not, a professional video producer will help you understand any potential complexities based on your vision and budget and will be able to steer you in a slightly different direction that might fit your available budget better, if possible. Listening and working together to hammer out the details and true cost of any video production is the first critical step to any successful video project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step of my process is listening. I listen and then we work together to determine the best way to produce an effective video that will convey your hopeful vision. A video proposal will be sent for review and then If agreed upon to work together, pre-production will take place which involves planning your production. Then, filming and all post-production services therafter. Soon after you would have a first look preview of your video project via a private view URL link. Upon approval, a final video deliverable is sent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a technical degree in broadcast television and media. I'm a producer, a certified video editor (Avid Symphony, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), creative videographer, travel vlogger, travel show host (The Vacation Creator Show), and professional voice-over artist. I have over 20 years of experience producing video content of all shapes and sizes. I'm also a licensed FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot. I'm also a musician.
